Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting clients throughout the order fulfillment process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain accurate sales and order data.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders from the CWE (Central & Western Europe) market into the system and ensure their accuracy and up-to-date status.

  • Prepare reports on open customer orders.

  • Be responsible for expediting deliveries.

  • Monitor orders that are on hold.

  • Support the order processing workflow.

  • Be responsible for the claims and complaints process.

  • Provide administrative support to the internal sales team across the CWE region.

  • Prepare sales and order-related spreadsheets and reports. 

Job requirements

What You Bring:

  • A solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer support and problem-solving.

  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

  • Good command of German (minimum B2 level).

  • Good computer skills and experience working with CRM systems.
