
Job description
Your responsibilities:
Prepare offers including price requests, data entry in CRM-System, and necessary calculations.
Follow up on quotes according to defined rules between Inside Sales and Outside Sales.
Active communication with the Outside Sales (OS)
Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking.
Manage booking Blanket +CA
Monitor all Blankets in CRM.
Customer master data management.
Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).
Oversee API requests and handle escalations
Job requirements
Language skills: English, min. C1
Experience in sales or customer service
Solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of Excel
