Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management

  • Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up

  • Support CSR (Customer Service Representative) in high-value orders booking.

  • Manage booking Blanket +CA

  • Monitor all Blankets in CRM.

  • Customer master data management.

  • Perform as a support for controlling (credit hold/overdue invoices reports).

  • Oversee API requests and handle escalations

Job requirements

Our requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in international environment

  • A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers

  • Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills

  • Fluency in French and Spanish for managing customer relations. Strong command of English for daily communication during meetings and in written correspondence.

  • Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools
