Job description

Your tasks

  • Support with payroll preparation and benefits

  • Time and absence management (vacation, sick leave, time tracking)

  • Creation and management of contracts, addendums, and HR documents

  • Maintenance of personnel data and HR systems including digitalization

  • Support for internal systems (LMS, sick leave systems)

  • Support with onboarding and offboarding as well as maintenance of personnel files

Support in office and event management

Job requirements

Your profile

  • Commercial education or studies with HR focus

  • Professional experience in HR

  • Structured, reliable, and discreet way of working

  • Good to very good English skills

  • Very good MS Office skills
