Job description

The ideal candidate can be located in Germany or Poland.

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll handle both stock and customer-specific procurement, analyze data to make purchasing decisions, and collaborate with suppliers to maximize value. This is a more strategic and analytical role for someone with deeper procurement experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procure supplier products and manage inventory levels

  2. Negotiate with suppliers and support cost optimization

  3. Resolve supplier and accounting issues

  4. Identify training and process improvement opportunities

  5. Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  1. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

  2. Strong negotiation and procurement knowledge

  3. Experience with MRP systems (Oracle a plus)

  4. Confident communicator and critical thinker

  5. Experience in distribution and manufacturing is considered as a plus

 

Experience & Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field + 2 years’ experience OR

  2. At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience

Salary:

  • Germany: 4.000 - 4.300 EUR gross per month
