In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering customer orders from the CEE and SEE market into the system and ensuring they are kept up to date

  • Preparing reports for open customer orders

  • Expediting deliveries

  • Monitoring held orders

  • Handling customer inquiries and managing the order process

  • Managing the complaint process

  • Providing administrative support for internal sales within the CEE and SEE region

  • Preparing spreadsheets related to sales and orders

Wymagania

Key qualifications and skills:

  • A solution-oriented approach with a focus on helping the customer

  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Communicative level of Romania and English

  • Computer literacy, especially proficiency in Excel

  • Experience working with a CRM system
