Key Responsibilities
Starting recruitment processes for various positions across Europe, including job advertisement posting externally and internally.
Acting as the primary HR point of contact for supporting the daily operational and employee-related matters.
Coordinating corporate events such as internal meetings, trainings, workshops, company celebrations, and customer-facing events.
Administering the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting employee training and development initiatives.
Providing logistical and administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes, both locally and in relation to business travel assignments.
Supporting the administration and coordination of the company car fleet.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, including takin care of facilities, document control, filing systems, and general administrative support.
Maintaining regular communication and cooperation with international HR providers and administration providers (cleaning companies, leasing companies, car dealers)
Wymagania
Requirements
Practical knowledge of recruitment processes and administration.
Basic HR knowledge and willingness to develop in this area/
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, reliability, and a process-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Polish and English (business level). German is an advantage
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
What we offer
20 hours per week (preferably 4 per day)
Employment or civil contract
Location: Mysłowice 3 days, 2 days home office, business trip at least once per month to Cracow office
