Our Quality Management team is looking for reinforcement: a Quality Specialist\ Quality Business Partner at our Hanau (Germany), Myslowice or Krakow (Poland) locations, who will help uphold and further develop our high quality standards with dedication and expertise. Your Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with quality standards in our processes
Analyze incoming customer complaints and define relevant measures
Prepare and conduct internal audits
Support and assist with external audits
Analyze and process complaints and initiate corrective actions
Assist in the development of our quality management systems
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure quality requirements are met
Document and report to management
Job requirements
Completed vocational training or university degree in quality management, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience in quality management is required
Familiarity with QM standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100, EN 9120) is essential
Independent and structured working style
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Proficient in MS Office
