Support with payroll preparation and benefits
Time and absence management (vacation, sick leave, time tracking)
Creation and management of contracts, addendums, and HR documents
Maintenance of personnel data and HR systems including digitalization
Support for internal systems (LMS, sick leave systems)
Support with onboarding and offboarding as well as maintenance of personnel files
Support in office and event management

Your profile
Commercial education or studies with HR focus
Professional experience in HR
Structured, reliable, and discreet way of working
Good to very good English skills
Very good MS Office skills
